Designed by Kendall Fleming AIA, WTC Orlando has a strikingly different look from any other office building in the downtown Orlando
core. The outside curtain wall is predominantly transparent glass with aluminum mullions and spandrels. The curtain wall has a gentle
curve on the east and west corners with an angled reveal moving up the southwest side of the building. This gives the curtain wall a distinctive
“cape-like” appearance. A portion of the curtain wall extends above the top floor, creating a cap structure on the roof of the building
ideal for crown signage. The building is turned 45 degrees, relative to the city street grid. This orientation improves the views to the sides of
the adjacent office buildings and creates a more dominant entrance to the building from South Ivanhoe Blvd.
