WTC Orlando is a reinforced concrete building with a post-tensioned concrete floor system and an aluminum framed dual glazed curtain wall. Punch-out floor panels are designed into the concrete floor system to enable internal stairwell connections. The punch-out panels are located adjacent to the elevator lobby.

WTC Orlando is one of the pioneering developments of the class A building that is build with a post tensioned concrete floor system along with on aluminum frame and dual glazed curtain wall. To be more specific, floor panels are made such a way that enable stair well connections to the elevator lobby style and well connected to elevated lobby and these panels are located adjust and to elevator lobby.
